Drives

At Love Life Foundation, our drives are rooted in compassion and the belief that everyone deserves access to basic essentials. We organize seasonal-focused drives throughout the year, collecting backpacks, school supplies, clothing, food, and holiday gifts to support families in need. These efforts are powered by our generous donors and volunteers who step up to make a difference in the lives of others.

Middle School Backpack Drive

Each summer, the Love Life Foundation helps prepare MISD middle school students for a strong start to the year through our Backpack Drive. Every student deserves to walk into class with the supplies they need to learn, but for many families, the cost can be overwhelming. That’s where we step in.

With the support of our community, we provide more than 300 backpacks filled with essential school supplies, everything from notebooks and pencils to binders and calculators. These backpacks are given directly to local middle school students in need, making sure they are confident and ready to succeed from day one.

We are proud to be the only organization in McKinney focused specifically on supporting middle school students in this way, and every donation stays right here in our community.

Angel Drive

Love Life Foundation is entrusted with a special mission—bringing joy to approximately 300 MISD Middle School students in need during the holiday season. Through the Angel Drive, members of our community adopt children and provide wrapped gifts that make their holiday brighter. For those children who are not adopted—typically about half—the Love Life Foundation steps in to fulfill their wishes, ensuring no child is left out.

We are proud to be the only organization dedicated to serving MISD middle school students in this way, and every gift given stays right here in our community, creating magical holiday memories for local families.

This commitment represents an investment of more than $75,000 each year—and it’s only possible because of the generosity of people like you.

During the holidays, our Angel Drive provides hand-selected gifts for children who might otherwise go without, giving them a joyful and memorable season.

Coat/Bedding Drive & FoodStock

Our Coat and Bedding Drive brings warmth and comfort to families during the colder months by providing essential items to those in need. FoodStock, our two-day food drive benefiting the McKinney Little Free Pantry, mobilizes the community to fight local hunger by collecting thousands of pounds of food and supplies for families right here in McKinney.

Each of these drives is a testament to what happens when a community comes together with open hands and open hearts.
